Megaman is in an ethical pickle

Just wanted to do some fan art. This little guy wasn't even bothering Megaman when he got blasted by his.. well.. blaster. So, it's bothered Megaman's conscience a bit. Also, he used a blast bigger than neccessary, so it's drained him quite a bit.
